  • Direct – I. D. I. Insurance Company Ltd., ., - the Company holds about 85% of the stocks in this company which is registered for trade on the Stock Exchange in Tel Aviv.
    The Direct Insurance Company started its operations in November 1994 and was the first direct insurance company in Israel. For a decade, from the date it was founded, the Company conquered a 12% market share of the private Vehicle Insurance market.
    From its establishment, the Company started to sell motor vehicle and houshold policies. Over the years the Company expanded its activities and entered to additional fields of insurance: life insurance, health insurance, mortgage insurance, business insurance, employer's liability insurance, etc..
    Presently, the company offers a large variety of insurance products and solutions for every need, which can be purchased directly, by phone or internet.

  • Yashir Investment House – Investment House, a member of the Stock Exchange in Tel Aviv, offers its customers a wide variety of financial services, conducted through a number of fully-owned companies:
    • Trust funds with a variety of investment options.
    • Personal management of investment files of all financial scopes.
    • Management of pension funds, provident funds and compensation funds.

  • Direct financing is the consumer credit company of the Direct Insurance Financial Investments Ltd. Group.
    As part of its strategy, DIFI expanded its activities in the financial field and started to offer an extensive solution for the financial needs of the customer.
    The Group started its activities in the field of consumer credit through Direct Financing in January 2007 and currently offers credit to finance the purchase of vehicles (car equity loans).
    Direct Financing strives to market packages that include financing and insurance solutions in a variety of special tracks, suited for everyone, with the purpose of saving time and expense, while upholding the values of the Direct Insurance Group.
    As of November 2007, the company's portfolio size is around NIS 80 Millions.

  • GDII Global Direct Insurance Investments B.V. ("GDI") – a foreign company, registered in Holland.
    The Company holds three Insurance companies in Poland, the Czech Republic and in Russia and continuously operates in order to expend the global footprint of the group.
    On June 2007 Direct Insurance – Financial Investments Ltd. signed a contract with the British insurance Corporation Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group plc. (R&SA). Accordingly, R&SA was issued shares in GDII B.V. which, after such issue, constitute 50 % of GDII’s shares, so that after their issue D.I.F.I. and R&SA hold GDII's shares in equal parts.
    In consideration for the issue of the Shares, R&SA paid GDII 120 million US dollars at completion of the transaction, whilst the balance of 50 million US dollars of the Investment amount will be paid in instalments by 30. 6. 2010.

  • LINK4 – The Polish Insurance Company commenced its activities in January 2003.
    The company offers its customers motor vehicle and household insurances over the phone and by internet.
    During the third quarter of 2006, after less than four years’ of operation, the Company became profitable.
    The Company, that is located in Warsaw, has 560 employees and over 235 thousand policies.
    On November 2007 the company started to sell life insurance product via Link4 Life.

  • Direct Pojistovna – The Czech insurance company started its activities in May 2007. As of November 2007 the company has more than 10,000 policies.

  • Energopolis – The Russian Insurance Company was purchased by Direct Insurance – Financial Investments Ltd. In October 2006.
    The Company is licensed to operate in the field of motor vehicle insurance in Russia. The Company will become the base from which Direct Insurance will develop its activities in Russia during 2008.
